  1. nytt ansikte mot Göta Älv. Kvarteren tydligt stadsbryn Stora Otterhälleberget framträder höjdrygg täta bebyggelsen sju till åtta våningar som trappar ned Utmed kajen flätas vattnet och staden samman av mer småskalig bebyggelse. Arkitekturen är omväxlande och speglar ett skiftande innehåll.
  2. Norra Masthugget blir en livlig stadsdel med en blandning av bostäder, kultur, handel och kontor . Vår ambition är att Järntorgets kulturliv ska utvecklas och ges en möjlighet att växa ned mot Järnvågen och älven . Det här kan bli ett område med aktiviteter och utbud för såväl gammal som ung - där spelningar, utställningar och premiärer hör till vardagen.
