Coaching Skills to Transform Your School. The following slides were delivered in conjunction with a 40 minute presentation/coaching workshop designed to introduce coaching to teachers, heads and pastrol staff as well as coaching's impact in and outside of the classroom, boarding house and sports field. For approximately the past 2 years Graydin has been working in partnership with Wellington College to embed a coaching ethos within their school. Via coach-training workshops delivered to teachers, one-to-one coaching, supervision and train the trainer workshops, Wellington staff have embraced coaching as the 'glue that binds all great initiatives together' as stated by Iain Henderson. Iain is the Director of coaching at Wellington and works to spread the message and impact of coaching throughout Wellington and into neighbouring schools.
