Rebuild the Dream  Battle Creek!
Rebuild the Dream Battle Creek!
Reasons to rebuild… Home ownership is a commitment; but it is also:  Opportunity to build equity for your family; Be your own landlord; exercise greater control over your environment; Provide a more stable environment for your children; Living in healthy neighborhoods and homes provides children better foundations to grow intellectually and physically; Invest in your community and build long-term social relationships;
Bring ‘em back home! Our neighborhoods have lost many good families. As we begin to rebuild our future, we will also have a positive impact on the entire community. In Battle Creek there are many wonderful neighborhoods with great families living in them enjoying the legacies left by the families that built them years ago.
Rebuild the Dream Battle Creek! We’re looking for families that we can help get on the fast track to buy a home and begin to build value. The markets have changed and it’s even more important to make informed choices, especially if it’s your first time buying.
We did it! We bought a home from Neighborhoods, Inc. “In March 2011 we bought a home from Neighborhoods, Inc. Our new home is located in one of Battle Creek’s oldest neighborhoods. My husband and I feel like we have found some stability for ourselves. We are happy that we chose home ownership.”
Once in a lifetime! Right now, in Battle Creek, there are three home ownership programsthat could make a huge difference in the future of your family or someone you know. Neighborhoods, Inc. has seven fully remodeled and energy efficient houses for sale through its HOME Investment Partnership with HUD and the City of Battle Creek; The City of Battle Creek and the Calhoun County Land Bank, along with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) have collaborated to add 62 more fully remodeled and energy star rated homes. We believe these are truly unique opportunities
