The Grenada Football Association invites applications from dynamic, qualified and energetic candidates
for the following position:
MARKETING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies within the Grenada Football Association
Increase revenue generation
Prepare overall marketing strategy
Implement and manage marketing budget
Develop programmes with quantifiable objectives to measurable results
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the association’s message to
existing customers
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or five years experience in the field
Strong and confident communicator
Excellent copywriting skills and experience
Design skills including graphics and web design will be an asset
NO criminal record

ANNEX A
1) Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies within the Grenada Football Association.
2) Increase revenue generation.
3) Reduce costs.
4) Perform risk mitigation.
5) Prepare overall marketing strategy.
6) Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measureable results.
7) Implement and manage marketing budget.
8) Activate GFA merchandizes in the following areas market development, pricing, promotions,
communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning and revenue retention and
growth.
9) Oversee the development of new promotional concepts
10) Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize the
GFA brand promotion.
11) Creating marketing campaigns
12) Work with the GFA's Communication Officer to execute marketing campaigns
13) Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the association message to existing
customers.
14) Contributing to the GFA annual Marketing and Promotions plan.
15) Planning and managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
3. 16) Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
17) Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
18) Supporting the Marketing Committee in day to day marketing activities.
19) Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
20) Submitting monthly reports on marketing activities
Remuneration
The successful candidate will be given a one year contract in the first instance. However, they shall first
serve a probationary period of three (3) months. Salary will be negotiable and will reflect the
responsibilities of the position.
