AMBULANCE SERVICE VICTORIA
• This model identifies the levels within Ambulance Service Victoria at which I
operated, the areas of involvement to which I had an impact, the functions at
which I carried out or played a key role in, as well as, the tasks I performed of
consultation and evaluation across all areas.

6. PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTY LTD.
A large organisation consisting of five contract service divisions - Industrial painting,
plumbing, engineering and grounds maintenance and signage manufacturing.
• Based at head office in Victoria and regularly travelled to all branches.
Responsible for the management of all training, OHS&E, workers compensation
claims and other personnel matters throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Responsible for developing safe systems of work for major projects.
• Played a part in attaining ISO 9002 accreditation for the organisation.

COMPASS PATIENT TRANSPORT SERVICES
A private ambulance service consisting of 8 vehicles providing resources to
Metropolitan and Regional Ambulance Services and Victorian Hospitals for those
cases where existing resources were lacking. Each crew consisted of an
Ambulance Transport Attendant (ATA) fully responsible for patient care, and a
Patient Transport Officer for driving and assisting the ATA. The Company ceased
operations in June 2003.
