Ivy Tech Community College In 2008 Ivy Tech opened a new branch in Marion and in 2009 has over 1,800 students enrolled. Ivy Tech Community College has 23 campuses throughout Indiana. Indiana Wesleyan University In 23 years, IWU’s enrollment has jumped from 1,087 to approximately 15,400. Reputation : The Growth Council’s success with major plastics company, TriEnda LLC, received national media coverage with Plastic News, International Economic Development Council and Gerry Dick’s Inside Indiana.
