The trick is learning how to use these building blocks
Learning implies that a national e-health programme is a Journey rather than an Event

So, what is a shared electronic health record? From a benefits realisation perspective, a ‘shared EHR is really a  compendium  of information services for which a range of views are provided, according to specific needs and permissions, having due regard to health consumer privacy.
