• Application fee is non-refundable
• A copy of the receipt must submitted along with program application each time you apply for
admission
• Application fee cannot be waived nor deferred and subject to change
• Your application will not be processed until your nonrefundable application fee has been
paid.
Payment can be made using one of the methods listed below:
Pay online with your student account. You must contact the business office to post the application
fee to your account before submitting payment. See business office locations for a list of cashiers,
including contact information. Make sure you have your HCC ID ready and request the ATCP
application fee. A valid MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express card are accepted. You
can also use a debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo but not a non-USA credit card. You may also
pay online via check.

Pay in person at a Business Office at any of our two locations. Payment can be payable to Houston
Community College System by cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, credit card (American
Express, Discover, VISA, or MasterCard), debit card (VISA or MasterCard, no non-USA credit card),
tuition waivers, third party billings, or vouchers (Workforce Solutions).
