from the web
Taking someone’s own words,
thoughts without crediting them for it
3. CONSEQUENCES?

etc. you may face the consequences of being:
• Expelled/Suspended

• Fined
• Or even jailed depending on
exactly what you did.

6. WHERE IS HE NOW?
• According to Plagiarism Today, Lloyd Brown was
rehired by governor Jeb Bush of Florida, as a writer once
more but found that he could not take the job so as
though it would cause to much problem and chaos. Still
he continues to
write, but not for as big of
publications as he first started out
before he was caught plagiarizing.
7. THE PROBLEM
• The problem with plagiarism, even today, is that people
all over the world are still doing it.
• It is so much easier for people to search the internet and
find the information that they need in a matter of
minutes.
• Because it is so much more simpler to copy and paste
from the internet, people don’t want to take the time and
effort to making and creating their own writing that
contains their own thoughts and originality.
