COMSATS Is using a concentration strategy for the most of time to be only operates as
educational institute and market only in educational industry, but currently Establishment of
COMLABS is done by CIIT Abbottabad which is a part of conglomerate diversification strategy
to tap into health care industry. Being top in IT CIIT Abbottabad COMSATS Internet Services
(CIS) is the pioneer Internet Service Provider of Pakistan which is a part of concentric
diversification.
