The Mentee Perspective: SCAAK The Benefits • Intensified contacts and engagement with IFAC, global and EU standard setters • Improved climate for essential donor support and co- ordination • Royal NIVRA got to know us, professionally/personally • A natural sponsor for our Full Membership (IFAC) application, SCAAK admitted 2009 • Enhanced credibility within Kosovo because of formal and public links between SCAAK and Royal NIVRA Page 5 | Confidential and Proprietary Information

The Mentee Perspective: SCAAK Looking Forward • Government now looks to SCAAK as a source of expertise (mentoring example, regional outreach), and for assistance in implementing effective public sector financial management • Donor assistance and continued engagement with mentor is vital, as we push to fully implement SMOs in Kosovo on „country level‟ • WB a valuable partner for us, in both corporate sector financial reporting (Vienna) and public sector financial management.
