        Staff charged with creating application, service
        description, and evaluation materials are knowledgeable
        of inclusion practices.

        Application and Service Description focus first on
        essential and then on marginal functions of a position.

        Applications, service descriptions, and evaluations are
        made available in various formats for various groups of
        people.

        Reasonable accommodation is anticipated before
        anyone applies or is hired/assigned to the organization.

  It is always important that the person responsible for all
       aspects of human resources is knowledgeable in
inclusion practices. Remember, it’s more than just a legal
         responsibility. Inclusion can be a key value to
                    organizational success!
