Day - 1
• Introduction
• Ice Breaker Session with laughter Therapy to break the ice and remove the stress – 1 Hour
• Activities based on NLP for Stress Relief
• Explanation of Stress, NLP, NLP Belief Patterns, Language patterns & Focusing on
outcome– 30 Minutes
• Self Reflection of the self on stress and using laughter therapy to remove the stress –
Chaning the belief and perception on things around to change the stress level – 1 hour
• Hypnotic Meditation – Mental Massage to relieve the existing stress –1 hour.
• Lunch – 1 Hour
• Sanctury – Creating a filter for negativity – 2 hours
• Future Pacing – To handle any situation efficiently with ease and reduced level of stress.
- 45 Minutes
• End of the Day – Summarization and discussion on the out comes.
• Note: Every 2 hours there will be a 10 minutes of Bio-Break

3. Work shop on Stress Relief & Cure
Day – 2 (Optional)
• Review on Previous Day – 45 Minutes
• Counselling for people with acute stress and depressions – Goes
about 30 Minutes for each individual who wants to cure
themselves from Stress & Depression
• Curing people from Stress and Depression using NLP – 45 Minutes
for each Individual
• If necessary, we can help people to come of any addiction like
smoking, coffee, etc. Using NLP patterns.
• We will also help people get cured from any phobias and
unwanted fears.

others. This is a real life simulation game based on Prisoner’s Dilemma which is
based on Transaction Analysis.
• Stress Buster games.
