 IDBI Bank looking to sell its 5 percent stake in NSE
 WPI Inflation rate at 0% in Nov-2014 v/s 1.77% in Oct-2014.
 Seamec -Vessel has completed the charter for LTSOPL Project in
Mumbai High. The value of the contract would be around Rs 54.27
crore.
 Jaiprakash Associates delays repayment of fixed deposits to investors.
Jaiprakash Associates withholds principal FD amounts in some cases.
Jaiprakash Associates launched FD scheme in 2012 for tenure of 1, 2,
3 years.
 SpiceJet-Have shared a plan with Directorate General of Civil Aviation
(DGCA). Reports of airline suspending operations speculative in
nature.
 No fresh proposal by SpiceJet promoters to pump in money. Oil
companies have refused to provide fuel to SpiceJet. Aviation ministry
says do not want passengers to suffer. SpiceJet’s total outstanding at
Rs 2,000 crore, immediate outstanding Rs 1,400 crore.
 RBI issues new infrastructure and core sector project finance
restructuring norms. Banks may fix a fresh loan amortisation schedule
for existing project loans once. Only term loans to project exceeding
Rs 500 crore to qualify for refinancing. Lenders can periodically
refinance existing project loans. Flexible restructuring of infra loans
only after project commences commercial operations. NPV of loans
must be the same before & after restructuring.
 Maruti Suzuki to hike prices of all models in range of 2-4 % from
January.
 IOC cuts petrol, diesel prices cut by Rs 2/litre each w.e.f. last midnight.
 Sun-Ranbaxy close to getting US FTC approval for merger. Sun-
Ranbaxy need to sell 1 product for US FTC nod. Sun-Ranbaxy in
advanced stages of talks for sale of product.
