Arava Border into Israel, we visit Timna
and the recreated Wilderness Tabernacle.

7. This morning we ascend to the mighty fortress of
MASADA, the site of the last heroic 3-year stand of
960 Jewish defenders against the Roman Empire.

8. We visit the Park of the Australian Soldier, the British Cemetery
where Australian, New Zealand and British soldiers lay at rest
together, Tel es Saba where the NZ Mounted Rifles.

9. Continuing our journey north to David’s place of refuge
from Saul, Ein Gedi, and on to Qumran, where the Dead
Sea scrolls were discovered for a short photo stop.

10. Today we explore the historical area of Galilee. Remember
how Jesus walked on the water? Our special traditional
sailing vessel will take us across the Sea of Galilee, stopping
in the middle for a time of reflection and singing.

11. We will explore Tel Dan, pagan worship site of the
Northen Tribes of Israel then on to Banias or CAESAREA
PHILIPPI, where Peter confessed his faith in Jesus.
