Wednesday 10th: A plan for getting customer feedback is created
Thursday 11th: First feedback from customers/users acquired
Friday 12th: Business idea visualized on Business Model Canvas
Monday 15th: First product functionalities described and initial prototype created
Tuesday 16th: Goal for the day: Minimum Viable Product on paper, ready to code
Wednesday 17th: Product development plan created. 10% of the alfa version ready
Thursday 18th: Product positioning statement created. Sales strategy outlined. Customer meetings planned.
Friday 19th: Second feedback from customer/user acquired. 30% of alfa version ready
Monday 22nd: Past two weeks revisited.
Tuesday 23rd: Product features are simplified and more user-oriented
Wednesday 24th: Investor pitch fine-tuned and 70% of the alfa ready
Thursday 25th: First users/customer acquired
Friday 26th: Investors are showing their interest
