⇒ To troubleshoot SDH circuits ranging from E1 to STM-64 band width on OSS.
⇒ To configure SDH equipments ranging from STM-1 to STM-16 in terms of synchronization,
Provisioning and management.
⇒ Responsible for transmission network performance management, optimization as per Network
Growth for Optical Transport.
⇒ Operational knowledge of the FIBCOM, Marconi and Nortel transmission equipment.
⇒ Software utilities used are Clarity OSS, Preside Manager and ALUMS web portal.
⇒ Making fault ticket for SDH and DWDM .
Alaarm Monitoring: To manage Pan India Network of reliance Communication,
monitor alarms (both GSM & CDMA) of different vendor like Lucent, Huawei,ZTE,
Responsible for O&M of BTS, BSC system for the entire CDMA and GSM network
and taking action to rectify the same
Ticket Generation: Intial fault clearance activities, creation of Trouble Tickets and
