Bishop Hall was a renovation project
that required updating of ADA
accessibility. The project required a
series of ramps from both the ground
floor and the second floor for
accessibility. Ramps were used as
retaining walls. All sidewalks that
connected to other building in this area
had to provide accessibility.
Coordination was done with the
Architects to connect the ramps,
develop the handrail pattern and the
iconic structure located at the main
entrance to the building. Coordination
was also required with Structural
Engineering for the ramp structures and retaining walls.
