This document discusses technology trends and the future of Jewish Community Centers. It suggests that JCCs will need to (1) adopt a culture of innovation to stay relevant, (2) leverage data to better understand customer needs and expectations which are rapidly changing, and (3) utilize existing resources to increase awareness of programs through multimedia and remote access to classes and services. Maintaining a vision for how technology will continue shaping daily life and relationships will be important for JCCs to adapt to digital Darwinism and remain vital community institutions.
