Ongoing teacher development – minimum one afternoon per week, observation, and classes.  Teachers come from the top third of high school classes Full college tuition is paid and receive 60% teacher’s salary while students Teach 12 months a year Beginning pay higher than beginning MD Minimum 100 hours on development activities annually
