   The Project Sponsor will make available to Provato, your Subject Matter
    Experts (SME) to support the analysis, design, development and review of
    deliverables. Needed resources will be provided in a timely manner so as
    to not impact the project timeline.
   Provato will be provided a list of Project Stakeholders with identification of
    level of project participation (i.e. Participant, Reviewer, Approver)
   Provato will be given access to those individuals that currently own and
    are responsible for the existing material. Existing processes to maintain
    this material and any existing controls will be shared with us.
   Existing documentation is readily accessible in electronic form, can easily
    be modified and/or reused, and can be easily transferred to other
    documents or storage locations.
   The team is hand selected for your specific engagement needs

   Provato is providing a senior cross functional team to help ensure the
    program assessment includes a best in class team

   The proposed team includes a former senior financial executive with
