Resolutions is that by
and large they are
just about wishful
thinking…
That all you need to do
is to stop smoking on
the 1st January!
• That kind of wishful
thinking just gets you
nowhere!

happening where
you smoke one day
and the next you
don’t.
• You don’t become a
non-smoker
overnight.
