2. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions or real media products? I have used many common conventions seen on most medias of this kind, on my front cover I have made the title strap line and of the magazine a key feature of the front cover, as it is one off the most recognisable parts of the magazine cover and the main part of the magazine people will associate with. It features other basic ,obvious things you would expect to see on the front cover of a magazine, for example the date, issue number and barcode. You could say I have challenged the conventions of most magazines by using far less text on my front cover than you would expect to see on a music magazine as I have tried to get the audiences main focus on the main feature image and the title so my magazine becomes recognisable to them. I have added offers and competitions on the front cover to entice people into purchasing and reading my magazine
3. Continued.... Ihave again used mainly commonly seen features of a magazine on my contents page and double page spread, I have again featured the magazines strap line as I want readers to remember and recognise it. I have kept a consistent colour scheme throughout as it gives a professional look, like you would expect to see from real media products
4. How does your media product represent particular social groups? My media product is aimed at all social groups aged 15-25, I have not chosen a specific social group to aim my product at so that my magazine has a bigger target audience as possible. The more sales that my magazine would make the more popular it would become. If I had aimed my magazine at a particular social group it may have been too confined and lose some of its potential, making it overall far worse off, so I believe that choosing a specific social group was the right idea for my magazine. I have tried to use features throughout the design of my magazine cover, double page spread and contents page that would appeal to the social group that my magazine is aimed at, I have use appropriate language and featured images that I think will appeal to my audience. .

18. Also audience and appeal is another very important feature I had to work a lot on, as it was far more important for the music magazine to appeal to people as it is a far different audience.
19. You must appeal to the whole of your target audience it cant just be specific to just males or just females it has to appeal to both, or your magazine would lose many sales.
