2. WHO ARE WE?
Circle of Hope for women, a non-profit, peer-operated recovery home
for sober, mature and/or disabled alcoholics desiring an independent
and dignified lifestyle, is located off of Lenox Ave, in the heart of
Jacksonville Florida. Patterned with guidelines adopted from the AA
way of life, the social structure of Circle of Hope for women offers
residents a wholesome and serene manner of living.
Our door opens daily and the coffee is on—allowing both residents and
visitors the opportunity to meet new friends within a quiet, safe and
spiritually oriented environment.
15. MISSION
STATEMENT
Circle of Hope’s mission is to provide a safe
and supportive home for women working a
program of recovery. Circle of Hope eases the
transition from treatment into independent
living. We believe that working the 12 steps
alongside other women will restore our sanity
and lead us to a spiritual life. Self discovery,
becoming active in recovery and working with
the community are just a few of the
opportunities Circle of Hope offers residents.
The house is not affiliated with any outside
enterprises. We govern ourselves based on the
well-being of the house and residents. We
welcome you to start your journey with us, to
The Other Side.
