Parents committe received 7
What computers to start a laboratory
and computer at school, this was a
When donation from benefactors of the
community on June 2012 but five
months later they haven't use it yet.
Principal, teachers and parents are
concerned about the use of the
      computers because they don't know
      HOW to implement the lab
How (installation, training, schedule,
      internet network, mantainment, etc).
1. School have space for make
installation but they don't have proper
            materials and an expertise to
            implement this.

Ecosystem 2. There are a parents comitee so they
can get money to deploy it the
            implementation plan through
            cooperation.
            3. The teachers complain because they
don't have enough time to learn about
            computer and to teach curricular
            objectives.
            4. Benefactors don't want to
            participate, they want the school
            community organise the entire
            implementation.
5. The parents are worried about
            cooperation because past experiences
their cooperations were sold for one
person from the comittee, they are not
Ecosystem very motivated for that.
            6. The Parent Comittee (PC) is an
important autority inside of the school,
they take decisions in name of the rest
of parents. The PC is formed by 7
            parents.
            7. The PC would like to have an
            implementation plan in stages because
they think the rest of parents won't
            want to cooperate much.
8. The learning objectives are not set
but the parents wants at least the
children turn on/off the computer, write
texts and learn to search through
Ecosystem internet.
            9. 70% of teachers have basic digital
skills, so they are not confident to
teach, they want to learn. The others
are not interested to teach though they
            have better skills.
● They had a lab computer before
but at this time the computers are
                   old, obsolete and useless.
Plan? ● The computers on the lab were not
Suggestions?
                   connected on network neither
                   internet connection.
               ● The parents want the children take
                   computer classes and they may
                   cooperate continuosly if the results
                   are good.
               ● The school season 2012 ends on
Dec 17 and restart on January 7th,
2013, they would like to have a
solution and implement it this year.
