- a strategic pause in an amazing place, thanks to my passion for philosophy,
anthropology and travel, my listening skills and organization.
This approach is a new way to gay life and gay marriage with our human resources, our skills and
talents. Depersonalization roles, bureaucratization, the primacy of the art, the penalty / reward ratio
characterize our society that determines a careless lifestyle of the individual where the main
objective of well-being and life skills can not be achieved by coercion, decency and morality.
Ambivalence is a source of immobility. It is opposed to the changes. The goal of a retreat is first to
bring out the natural ambivalence and explore non-directive way. One way to explore is to use the
tool of "decisional balance". The current behavior and the new behavior each have advantages and
disadvantages sources of conflicting motivations behind an inhibitory ambivalence. The perceived
disadvantages in the current situation can generate a desire for change. This is called extrinsic
motivation.
This strategic pause seeks to encourage intrinsic motivation by exploring the perceived benefits in
