In 2023, the firm raised a pre-seed funding round of €4,7 million. The company mission is to help firms simplify and streamline HR activities; increase automation and productivity through digitalization of tasks, and to enable rapid scalability of digital HR services. Most of all, the firm’s greatest declared ambition is to help firms reduce bureaucracy. This article aims to explain how a tech firm aims to reduce bureaucracy and enhance productivity in HR practices through an innovative and disruptive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model.
