 Served as the division chief for a newly formed division responsible for multiple interfaces between U.S. Special
Operations Command’s subordinate organizations and the Joint Staff at the Pentagon.

 Effectively managed finances in excess of $3M without exceeding budget constraints for 12 months.
 Transformed the battalion command center from a strictly analog, information gathering headquarters to a nerve

 Created and executed a strategic plan to establish a Joint Communications Center (JCC) including vetting, hiring and
overseeing the daily activities of 45 +Iraqi nationals and a $2M budget, consistently recognized by the commanding
general as the JCC to emulate in the Diyalla Province.
 Crafted, rehearsed and implemented the January 2005 election plan for the West Diyalla province, the first in Iraq’s
history with participation of over 60% of registered voters in West Diyalla, the highest average in the country.
 Hand selected from a 750-person headquarters to serve as the executive officer to a 2-star General, functioning as
the administrative manager for a directorate of 350+ military and civilian personnel.
