- ALL of MLS – ACTIVEs not mapped at all is around 45 to 50 properties
- ALL of MLS – SOLDs not mapped at all is around 45 to 50 properties – sold in 2011 and 2012
- ALL of MLS – PENDINGs not mapped at all is around 3 properties – UNDER CONTRACT in 2011 and 2012
- ALL of MLS – EXPIRED, WITHDRAWN and CANCELED – not mapped at all is around 3 properties – BEGIN DATE in 2011 and 2012
- You can look at how your current MY ACTIVE listings are MAPPED
- You can look at how MY LISTINGS is mapped
- To correct your mapping, edit the listing
- Select Map Location
- The red SQUARE is where the system placed my property.The red PIN is the ACTUAL location
- Using the Satellite view, you can place the buyer on the walkway to the dock – thanks Brian
- You can use the MAP SEARCH function to narrow your searchesRight side of the page – select MAP SEARCH
- NOTE: NINE listings are UNMAPPED
- Click on POLYGON icon to draw elaborate shapes
- Click on the POLYGON on the left to zoom to the shape on the map
- Click on EDIT and EDIT SHAPE to refine your shapeWhen you save your search, this map search is saved, as well
- To search by SUBDIVISION less is moreUse the shift/8 or * and the ? as wildcards in your searchThis one searches for PATRICIA ISLAND
- NOTE: There are five variations of Patricia Island that are found
- This one searches for Cherokee Lake Estates
- This one searches for The Coves at Bird Island
- NOTE: There are five variations of The Coves at Bird Island that are found
- ADVANCED SEARCHING – anything lake front or lake view withEITHER boat dock, OR community dock, OR enclosed dock, OR boat slip, OR dock
- Here is how we set that up
- Choose main fields
- Choose main fields for lake front and lake view
- Choose DETAILS
- Select DETAIL fields forboat dock, community dock, enclosed dock, boat slip, dock
- I know found none.Now, save the search.
- Give it a general name like “Homes with a SLIP”
- Edit that search to make dock fields “OR”
- Click “Exterior Features” to edit
- Click to change to “OR”
- All of those “and” are changed to “OR”
- Save that search again with those changes
- Use that general name “Homes with a SLIP”
- Now, you have 227 LF or LV homes with any sort of a slip
- another way to do the same thing – ADVANCED search settings
- Set radio button for “OR”
