How you are feeling is a natural emotion. Stressful times, feeling uncomfortable, negative attitudes, anger, despondent, even depressed. Allow yourself to feel but then take control of your thoughts. How are you thinking? Anger and negative attitude will only make things worse for you. Find something positive in the situation. Try not to dwell on the negative. Others around you feeling that way – tension and even mistrust. Replace negative thoughts with proactively managing your situation. What can you do right now to improve your chances of getting work that you will enjoy? Spend time and energy actively improving your situation. Your job is to be a strong manager of your own career, and if that means getting some help, then being prepared to do so.
