Instructions: Sign up by DATE. Connect to COMPANY’s Facebook Page. When you
complete a healthy activity, take a selfie! Be sure to upload your healthie selfies to the
COMPANY’s Facebook Page. To receive your points type #HealthieSelfie and the activity
you completed in the picture caption (see back for full list of activities).
How to make a Facebook Page:
Go to www.facebook.com
Enter name, email, password, birthday, and gender.
Click ‘Sign Up’
How to upload pictures to your Facebook Page:
Connect your digital camera/phone to your computer
Upload all photos
Go to www.facebook.com
Login to your account
Go to COMPANY’s Facebook Page
Click “add photos/videos”
Select your healthie selfie
Type #HealthieSelfie and the activity you completed into the caption
