Executive Leadership – Developed Arlington Machine & Tool from $2 million to $25 million in annual revenue. Acquired TITAN
Technologies and grew it from $2 million to $12 million in annual revenue.
Business Development – Instrumental in securing DOD contracts of up to $43 million. Developed strategic partnerships with premier
defense contractors and medical diagnostic equipment manufacturers.

Lean Manufacturing- Initiated many Lean Manufacturing projects. Recently saved $1.8MM through a Lean project, which reduced 8
operations to 3, 6 operators to 1, and a 28 minutes cycle time down to 7. Through another global project, consistently reduced setup
times from an average of 10 hours to 1 hour, for complex CNC Machined components. Sponsored several employee Green Belt
projects.
Operations Management – Built cohesive, quality-driven teams of up to 150 employees in manufacturing tight tolerance complex
components.
Finance – Obtained financing of over $10 million for strategic growth. Oversaw entire daily financial functions of the business,
including managing the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Estimating – Expertise at estimating manufacturing costs, manufacturing engineering and CNC programming.
Merger/Acquisition – Negotiated the Acquisition of TITAN Technologies International. Divested of TITAN Technologies to a
strategic international partner nine years later, with a global network of 1100 distributors. Sold and merged Arlington Machine into a
Private Equity Firm, building an Aerospace Platform, with a forging house and another machine shop. Maintained all 75 Employees
positions, turned the company around and injected new capital.
Quality Assurance – Developed Systems in Quality to Military Specification Mil-I 45208, to ISO 9001:2000, to high level AS9100C
Aerospace Quality Certifications.

Brought into the family-owned business after graduating from Bucknell. Key executive who helped build the company from $2 million to
$25 million in annual sales. Acquired TITAN Technologies International in 2006 and served as Chairman, Board of Directors while
building its annual sales from $2 million to $12 million. Leader on the team which packaged and sold Arlington Machine & Tool
Company in 2015. Currently serving in a business development role. Secured annual contracts for more than $2.2 million annually with
companies such as Lockheed, as recently as 2015.
Strategy
Diversification – Strategically diversified the company from 5%-40% in defense contracts in five years.
Partnerships – Developed Strategic Partnerships for AMT with Prime Defense Contractors such as BOEING, Sikorsky Aircraft,
General Dynamics, Textron Systems, BAE British Aerospace, and Lockheed Martin. Developed Strategic partnerships with
Medical Diagnostic Equipment manufacturers such as Johnson & Johnson, OCD division, and Siemens Medical Diagnostic
Equipment Division.
Mergers, Acquisitions, Integration, Growth
TITAN Technologies International – Negotiated acquisition by Arlington Machine & Tool Company. Led the company (then a
Division of Arlington Machine & Tool Company) from $2 million to $12 million in annual revenue over five years. Expanded the
International sales force into 10 additional countries within one year through the Gold Key Program with the US Dept. of
Commerce. Received an award from the US Commerce Department for one of the Most Successful Exporters of the year in May
2009. Expanded sales into China and developed an office in China.
Manufacturing Engineering
Developed Processes – Intricately involved in developing and designing machining processes for complex, tightly toleranced
machined parts. Determined fixturing, tooling and methods to most efficiently produce quality components.
Estimating- Developed estimating skills, and methods, based upon manufacturing and CNC machining experience.
Problem Solving- Was the “go to person”, when there were problems encountered with manufacturing processes, which others
could not solve on their own. Worked with CNC Programmers, Machinists and Quality to solve the most difficult challenges
encountered on the shop floor.
Machining and Production Control
Machining - Set up and operated Manual, Automatic and CNC Equipment, Lathes, Mills and Grinders. Including
programming for milling.
Production Control – Determined schedules for the shop floor, did capacity analysis, released job orders, and determined
which jobs would run and on which pieces of equipment. And the scheduling and expediting of outside processes, such as
plating and painting.
MRP /ERP - Responsible for the selection and purchase of original Profit Key MRP software for scheduling the shop floor,
later involved in making the decision to upgrade to Visual Windows Based ERP system.
3. Quality
Certification – Directed the activities which resulted in company receiving Aircraft Quality AS9100 DNV Certification.
Collaboration – Worked with Engineering in New Product Development, and problem solving and improvements in product line.
Worked with Customer Engineering, to improve products for manufacturability, and reduce costs.
Corrective Actions – Determined true corrective actions, resulting in reducing scrap rates, and avoiding repeating errors.
Participated in MRB Meetings and worked with the team to resolve quality issues and mistake-proof jobs.
Business Development
Department of Defense (DOD) – Instrumental in obtaining DOD Contracts of up to $43 million, $20 million, some with annual
revenues of up to $4 million/year. Worked with DLA, DCMC, ARDEC, Rock Island and Hill AFB.
Source Approval Request (SAR) – Obtained SAR Source Approval Request Package for B52 Landing Gear Project, valued at
over $600,000 annually.
Thyssen Krupp – Developed Business from the Rotek Division ramping to $3 million annually – manufacturing turret bearings
for Humvee applications.
Israeli Military Contracts – Developed business with Israeli Defense companies including ELBIT and ASHOT, obtained quality
approvals from Rafael, and IMI, Israeli Military Industries, when US military was decreasing. Various FMF, Foreign Military
Funds Contracts, through the Israeli MOD, Mission of Defense, in New York City.
Electronic Assembly Equipment – Worked with High Precision Electronic Assembly Equipment manufacturer, which expanded
from 30 machines / month to 100 machines / month, one year. Expanded revenues from $3 million annually to over $12 million
annually.
National and International Distribution – Hired dozens of Rep Agencies, and Distributors nationally, and internationally for
sales and Distribution of Hydraulic Torque Wrenches. Travelled to Europe, Middle East, and Asia, in order to meet with and add
distributors.
Rep Agencies – Hired and managed several Rep Agencies to source contract manufacturing contracts.
Procurement / Sourcing
CNC – Researched and purchased CNC Machining Centers, Verticals and Horizontals and CNC Turning Centers, for 1/8” Swiss
Screw Machines to 80” VTL’s, both new and used. Also, extensive experience purchasing CNC equipment at auctions. Involved
in the purchases of $12MM value of CNC Equipment.
Forging – Developed Forging Sources for new Lightweight Mortar Baseplates for direct military Program for Picatinny Arsenal,
ARDEC.
Casting – Developed Casting Sources, aluminum, steel, stainless steel for various programs for customers.
