back into work? We can help!
Join us for a Personal Development Program
that gives you a chance to take a positive
and creative approach to moving forward
with your life, building your confidence and
developing your skills.

2. Program Overview:
For two years this program has been supporting
people facing disabling barriers get back into work.
The program starts in April with group meetings in
Norwich once a week for 9 weeks where you will:
• Receive one-to-one support with a Professional
Development Coach and Group Leaders.
• Learn how to write a CV and covering letter,
identify transferable skills and receive support
with interview techniques, budgeting, benefits,
networking and the hidden jobs market.
• Receive Confidence and Motivational Sessions
with a presentation by Steph Cutler, Director of
Making Lemonade.
• Have the opportunity for a 4-6 week volunteer
placement at the end of the program.
