Milestone analysis (IT) to provide all requirements to implement a new payments platform
consolidating 18 worldwide centres into 2 UK locations and align it to a payments shared
service. It includes tactical solutions for quick wins in parallel to the strategic outcomes.

Performed process analysis and improvements of customer facing processes for deployment
and testing in the Smart Card (Chip) and Contactless (PayPass) areas for acquirers, issuers
