PARTICIPATION Conversation succeeds best when there is equal participation Involves dedication, interest and tolerance No monopolising but sharing Involves creating new angles of thought,newideas,solutions and suggestions It involves creating an atmosphere of appreciation &encouragement
GIVE & TAKE It is giving as well as sharing information Involves periods of listening & self expression Careful exchange of words & not duels Understanding views & opinions and adding on inputs Keeping an open mind……..
 CO-OPERATION Involves tolerance one cannot always agree but one can agree to disagree-essence of tolerance Respecting personalities & views Creation of fellow-feeling ,mutual trust Casting away self consciousness
TOGETHERNESS Binds different sects, beliefs,statuses,professions,vocations Free exchange of ideas take place No conversation is complete without togetherness Helps improve mental capability and reasoning

TOPIC CHOOSE TOPICS OF COMMON INTEREST MAINTAIN INTEREST AND EXCITEMENT
EXCHANGE OF THOUGHTS Have wide area of thought Never lose focus of the topic Criticisms and suggestions should be with grace and forbearance Free and calculated ideas and views should be put forward
CHANGE OF TOPIC Topic change should be in natural and dexterous manner No rise or fall in tempo should be present Topic should have a logical sequence Less controversial topics are to be chosen Topic should never be personal experience or stories
ADDING VIEWS Can be a casual remark, comment Hold your brakes if knowledge known is less No remarks should be made on people not present No tension infusing views should be given No sudden change of views should be given
