In an Organization “not me” is not a cause but a result!!!
“Not me” is a result of a lack of clarity on Accountability and
Responsibility.
“Responsibility” is a process, it
is personal guarantee that task
will get done not necessarily
actually doing the task yourself.
“Accountability” is an outcome.
When responsibility is given to a
person, he/she also receives
accountability.
You will never be required to find
out “Not me”

So. Organization Chart is just not a piece of paper to show various departments,
job titles, hierarchy of command. It is “Expected vs. Result”, and how individual
