HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE THE INDESCRIBABLE?

At some point in your Kleeneze career, you will chance upon a Destination qualifier. It is very likely that, upon speaking to them, they will tell you
that these experiences are indescribable and ‘you just need to be there’.
Now, these are not merely flippant words uttered by those who don’t want to tell you about their experiences. Telling you that this event was
‘indescribable’ is not an off-the-cuff remark made by those who can’t be bothered to depict their five-star trip. And saying that you need to be
there is certainly not something you should ignore. No one’s telling you that you should have been there. No one’s saying it would have been
nice if you could have made it. Although these last two statements are true, it is far more that you NEED to be there.
Over the next eleven pages, we’ll be telling you about what happened when 176 qualifiers landed in the incredible city of Hong Kong. We’ll be
doing our best to describe the indescribable.
You’ll see pictures of a city that has more skyscrapers than any other in the world. We’ll take you on a tour of a place that can boast more Rolls
Royces per person than any other city in the world. You’ll see a hotel that is positioned among the finest luxury hotels in the world. And you’ll
hear from the people who undoubtedly have more passion, enthusiasm and energy than any others in the world – our Kleeneze Destination
qualifiers; people that – quite frankly – you could drop off in a B&B in Skegness and who would still make that time more enjoyable, exhilarating
and motivating than anywhere else in the world.
Remember, the next time you hear ‘you need to be there’, don’t take it as anything else but an order. We’ll see you in New York.

“Wow what a sight,” exclaimed Richard Houseago and Vanadis Fox.
“Going by boat we had a short trip around the area and because it

Special congratulations went to Annette Bradley, Kerry Edees,
Sohail Ahmed and Lesley Davies & Wendy Meddelton who
were presented on the night with their cash bonuses for
holding Gold beyond the qualification period.

“All Kleeneze destinations are fabulous but Hong Kong really took our
breath away. Whether it was the mix of ancient culture and high tech
modernity, or whether it was something as simple as a huge
‘Welcome Kleeneze Qualifiers’ banner draped at the top of the cable
car ride - whatever the experience Kleeneze always do it with style. But what’s this I see in your future? You’ll be taking a long journey….
                                                                         to New York!
We had the BEST gala dinner we’ve ever been to, dancing away in the
Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt, and a fabulous evening under
floodlights at the races, but for us the highlight was sharing the
whole experience with ten others from our team, shopping in
downtown Hong Kong & laughing so hard all week. Thank you so
much Kleeneze!”

HEALTH, WEALTH AND HAPPINESS
Prosperity, happiness and health were all granted to our Destination qualifiers on
day three in Hong Kong. Of course, as soon as you start a Kleeneze business you
are already awarded these things, so our qualifiers are on the course to serious
wealth, happiness and a nice long life.
How so? You may ask. Well, it’s all to do with a large fish and a bridge…
On Tuesday morning, everyone piled on the coaches out to tour Hong Kong
Island. First stop – Repulse Bay, home to one of the most beautiful beaches in
Hong Kong. However, it’s also home to the Longevity Bridge (cross it and add
three days to your life!), the Fish of Prosperity (throw a coin into its mouth and it
will bring wealth) and an assortment of other statues, which bring happiness,
health and luck. Needless to say, the statues and bridge had a great deal of
attention from our qualifiers! The plaice to be for wealth

Then it was off to Stanley Street Market where a colourful hodgepodge of stalls
crammed full of bargain goodies awaited everyone. After a spell of haggling, it
was back on the coach, arms laden with shopping bags, and off for a spot of
lunch, but getting there was something else!
The coaches took everyone back to Wan Chai where Distributors made an
incredible ascent up Victoria Peak on the famous Peak Tram. It was a once-in-a-
lifetime experience as the tram steadily climbed up the peak through the towering
Hong Kong skyscrapers. The view at the top was spectacular. As was the buffet!
Some disappeared after lunch to a local spa to have a pedicure with a difference,
as they had their feet nibbled on by tiny fish! Others just settled for sitting in the
sun with an ice cream until the coaches returned once more to bring everyone Hmm, now to get back to the other side without wiping those
                                                                                         days back off…
back to the hotel.

THE BRIGHT LIGHTS OF HONG KONG
Later that evening, it was time to go and watch the world-renowned Symphony
of Lights. This display was named the world’s largest permanent light and sound
show by the Guinness World Records and features 44 buildings on both sides of
the Victoria Harbour of Hong Kong accompanied by music.
Of course, to watch this in Kleeneze style, there was only one way, so it was off to
board the ferry and get right in the heart of the action.
Once the spectacular show had finished, traditional Chinese cuisine awaited at the
Jade Garden restaurant. With somewhere in the region of ten courses,
Distributors chowed down and had a great giggle.
The night wasn’t over yet, though, because Temple Street Night Market awaited.
Everything from electronics to clothing was there to be snapped up at bargain
                                                                                         Hunting for a bargain

KLEENEZE REACHES
Vertigo sufferers look away now. Day five in
Hong Kong saw qualifiers travelling through
the city and out to Lantau Island where they
all boarded cable cars to Ngong Ping. The
renowned cable car is a visually spectacular
5.7km bi-cable ropeway on which you take in
the most incredible views during the 25
minute ride to the very breathtaking top.
Here was a little village, where Distributors
could either relax with an ice cream, do a little
shopping and mingle. However, they also had
the chance to go further afield and climb the
260 steps up to the giant Buddha statue –
Tian Tan.
Now, don’t think we’re over-exaggerating
when we say giant. This statue is constructed
from 202 bronze pieces, weighs over 250
tonnes and soars 34 metres into the air.
Simply unbelievable.
Better than a day out at Alton Towers!

When in Hong Kong…! Distributors dress the part to meet the

THE VERY HEIGHTS!
“As first time qualifiers with Kleeneze it was amazing to
experience first hand the attention to detail that many
previous international conference qualifiers have told us
about; everything from the refreshing welcome drinks
on arrival at the Grand Hyatt through to the welcome
banners, signs and announcements at various venues.
The company did everything possible to make us feel at
ease and appreciated,”
Tony and Sue Peacham

“It’s so hard to pinpoint one highlight for us as there
were so many, but the private room overlooking the
race course has definitely got to be one of the biggest -
it was incredible! When you stepped out the room
onto the balcony it made you feel like royalty, it was
hard to imagine that we were worthy of being in such
a place.”
Dean Worrall, Sam Rushton, Paul Melville and Annette Bradley are satisfied to see that
Richard and Shanade Sherratt Kleeneze’s arrival in Ngong Ping has been accordingly recognised!

While others settled for a cup of tea, this bunch were more determined to do some Tai-chi

MAKING IT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER It was the final night in Hong Kong. However, no time to shed a tear (plus it would have
made our mascara run) because it was the night of the Gala Dinner. And what an amazing
                                                      Gala Dinner it was.

After the group Gala Dinner photograph, qualifiers made their way to the reception to grab
a welcome refreshment and sign our Hong Kong banner. Then it was into the exquisitely
done-out grand ballroom for the night’s main event.

The food was spectacular, the entertainment even more so. But, as ever, it was the company
we loved the most. A perfect end to the perfect Destination!

“Thank you Kleeneze for an experience of a lifetime in such an exciting and vibrant city,”
said Ann Ashley and Roger Samuel. “Apart from the fantastic destination it was brilliant to
be able to meet and build new friendships with other distributors on the trip.”

We have to say in reply to Ann and
Roger and every other Distributor on
this trip – thank YOU. We may
                                                      organise these Destinations, but it’s
YOU and only YOU that make them
                                                      the incredible experiences that they
                                                      always are.

And to future Destination qualifiers –
we’ll see you in New York!

  • 1. BULLETIN 19.11.10 Issue 45 HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE THE INDESCRIBABLE? At some point in your Kleeneze career, you will chance upon a Destination qualifier. It is very likely that, upon speaking to them, they will tell you that these experiences are indescribable and ‘you just need to be there’. Now, these are not merely flippant words uttered by those who don’t want to tell you about their experiences. Telling you that this event was ‘indescribable’ is not an off-the-cuff remark made by those who can’t be bothered to depict their five-star trip. And saying that you need to be there is certainly not something you should ignore. No one’s telling you that you should have been there. No one’s saying it would have been nice if you could have made it. Although these last two statements are true, it is far more that you NEED to be there. Over the next eleven pages, we’ll be telling you about what happened when 176 qualifiers landed in the incredible city of Hong Kong. We’ll be doing our best to describe the indescribable. You’ll see pictures of a city that has more skyscrapers than any other in the world. We’ll take you on a tour of a place that can boast more Rolls Royces per person than any other city in the world. You’ll see a hotel that is positioned among the finest luxury hotels in the world. And you’ll hear from the people who undoubtedly have more passion, enthusiasm and energy than any others in the world – our Kleeneze Destination qualifiers; people that – quite frankly – you could drop off in a B&B in Skegness and who would still make that time more enjoyable, exhilarating and motivating than anywhere else in the world. Remember, the next time you hear ‘you need to be there’, don’t take it as anything else but an order. We’ll see you in New York. 560-068-02
  • 2. We SED it would be sp Our Top Qualifiers touched down in Hong Kong on Sunday 7 November 30 minutes ahead of schedule – they simply surpass themselves when it comes to achievement, even when it comes to flights! Welcomed with a dazzling lion dance display from the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the SEDs had soon checked into their luxury rooms in the Grand Hyatt and changed to get ready for a sumptuous welcome meal at the five-star Hutong Restaurant. The next morning saw the first full day for our Top Qualifiers and what a day it was. They were transported to a millionaires’ world, as they arrived for the Kleeneze Leaders’ Seminar at the Aberdeen Marina Club - an exclusive club where membership is by invitation only and costs wealthy locals £100,000 to join! After a couple of hours of intensive business discussion the group enjoyed an EIGHT course lunch before boarding inflatable speed boats that took them to board ‘Grand Cru’ – the Hyatt’s own 180 foot shining white motor cruiser! Once aboard, the Top Qualifiers enjoyed non-stop champagne as they sat with feet dangling in the on-deck Jacuzzi, absorbing the Hong Kong sunshine. • 4. LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTED! Phew, the Main Group arrived just in time to time to take control of the situation and bring this conference to order. They failed! It was party all the way from the moment their planes touched the tarmac. It was an incredible evening. Groups of ten boarded sampans at the harbour. These are traditional fisherman’s boats and our new favourite way to travel! The destination was the Jumbo Restaurant – a massive, floating restaurant in Aberdeen Harbour. Distributors set off for their first night in Hong Kong “Wow what a sight,” exclaimed Richard Houseago and Vanadis Fox. “Going by boat we had a short trip around the area and because it was dark you could see the skyscraper buildings lit up like gold and silver jewels.” Everything in Hong Kong is massive – including this amazing Greeted by a drink and a dragon dance at this unique restaurant, floating restaurant some made their way straight to the sumptuous buffet while others stopped to have their palm read or their name painted out in Chinese before settling in for a heady first night in Hong Kong. Special congratulations went to Annette Bradley, Kerry Edees, Sohail Ahmed and Lesley Davies & Wendy Meddelton who were presented on the night with their cash bonuses for holding Gold beyond the qualification period. “All Kleeneze destinations are fabulous but Hong Kong really took our breath away. Whether it was the mix of ancient culture and high tech modernity, or whether it was something as simple as a huge ‘Welcome Kleeneze Qualifiers’ banner draped at the top of the cable car ride - whatever the experience Kleeneze always do it with style. But what’s this I see in your future? You’ll be taking a long journey…. to New York! We had the BEST gala dinner we’ve ever been to, dancing away in the Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt, and a fabulous evening under floodlights at the races, but for us the highlight was sharing the whole experience with ten others from our team, shopping in downtown Hong Kong & laughing so hard all week. Thank you so much Kleeneze!” Doug and Sandra Roper Qualifying for these destinations is hungry work! 19.11.10 Issue 45 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN
  • 5. HEALTH, WEALTH AND HAPPINESS Prosperity, happiness and health were all granted to our Destination qualifiers on day three in Hong Kong. Of course, as soon as you start a Kleeneze business you are already awarded these things, so our qualifiers are on the course to serious wealth, happiness and a nice long life. How so? You may ask. Well, it’s all to do with a large fish and a bridge… On Tuesday morning, everyone piled on the coaches out to tour Hong Kong Island. First stop – Repulse Bay, home to one of the most beautiful beaches in Hong Kong. However, it’s also home to the Longevity Bridge (cross it and add three days to your life!), the Fish of Prosperity (throw a coin into its mouth and it will bring wealth) and an assortment of other statues, which bring happiness, health and luck. Needless to say, the statues and bridge had a great deal of attention from our qualifiers! The plaice to be for wealth Then it was off to Stanley Street Market where a colourful hodgepodge of stalls crammed full of bargain goodies awaited everyone. After a spell of haggling, it was back on the coach, arms laden with shopping bags, and off for a spot of lunch, but getting there was something else! The coaches took everyone back to Wan Chai where Distributors made an incredible ascent up Victoria Peak on the famous Peak Tram. It was a once-in-a- lifetime experience as the tram steadily climbed up the peak through the towering Hong Kong skyscrapers. The view at the top was spectacular. As was the buffet! Some disappeared after lunch to a local spa to have a pedicure with a difference, as they had their feet nibbled on by tiny fish! Others just settled for sitting in the sun with an ice cream until the coaches returned once more to bring everyone Hmm, now to get back to the other side without wiping those days back off… back to the hotel. THE BRIGHT LIGHTS OF HONG KONG Later that evening, it was time to go and watch the world-renowned Symphony of Lights. This display was named the world’s largest permanent light and sound show by the Guinness World Records and features 44 buildings on both sides of the Victoria Harbour of Hong Kong accompanied by music. Of course, to watch this in Kleeneze style, there was only one way, so it was off to board the ferry and get right in the heart of the action. Once the spectacular show had finished, traditional Chinese cuisine awaited at the Jade Garden restaurant. With somewhere in the region of ten courses, Distributors chowed down and had a great giggle. The night wasn’t over yet, though, because Temple Street Night Market awaited. Everything from electronics to clothing was there to be snapped up at bargain Hunting for a bargain prices. A bit of midnight shopping is always a good thing! • 6. PEOPLE IN BUSINESS Our Hong Kong speakers brought the perfect mix of training and inspiration to the stage. Next stop New York! We asked Hong Kong qualifiers what was more important when it came to qualifying for Destinations – believing in yourself or hard work. And the result was a resounding – BOTH. This is why our Conference day in Hong Kong was the perfect mixture of training and motivation. The day was launched by recognising all our first-time qualifiers before Managing Director Jamie Stewart launched some exclusive news. Hong Kong qualifiers were the first to hear of our half-price recruitment offer, the new Distributor websites, the front cover product competition and the launch of the second edition of Ezecook. Work hard, believe in yourself and you can join us at the next Destination! 19.11.10 Issue 45 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN
  • 7. WE’RE ALL WINNERS WITH KLEENEZE! Debbie, Helen, Sylvia and Helen celebrate their winnings Distributors line up to have a little flutter For many, the night at Happy Valley races was the highlight of the Destination. Hong Kong’s race track in the middle of the city is a sight to behold and Kleeneze nabbed the VIP box for a night of fine dining, wining and winning. “The whole week was jam packed with amazing sight seeing, shopping, fabulous and interesting food and sharing all of this with so many inspirational people. Everything we did was amazing. One of our favourite times was going to the Happy Valley Racecourse. What an amazing setting, and a wonderful atmosphere. Not only did we win big with getting to Hong Kong we also won at the races! It was a fantastic opportunity to meet and share stories and tips with so many great people, some we can call wonderful friends now. If you want to get to New York believe you can do it and do whatever it takes. Thank you Kleeneze for a trip of a lifetime and WE WILL see you in New York!” Gilly McCrone and John Morgan Lee and Michelle Pattinson discuss what they’re going to spend their winnings on with Ian and Katrina Hawker ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 45 19.11.10
  • 8. KLEENEZE REACHES Vertigo sufferers look away now. Day five in Hong Kong saw qualifiers travelling through the city and out to Lantau Island where they all boarded cable cars to Ngong Ping. The renowned cable car is a visually spectacular 5.7km bi-cable ropeway on which you take in the most incredible views during the 25 minute ride to the very breathtaking top. Here was a little village, where Distributors could either relax with an ice cream, do a little shopping and mingle. However, they also had the chance to go further afield and climb the 260 steps up to the giant Buddha statue – Tian Tan. Now, don’t think we’re over-exaggerating when we say giant. This statue is constructed from 202 bronze pieces, weighs over 250 tonnes and soars 34 metres into the air. Simply unbelievable. Better than a day out at Alton Towers! When in Hong Kong…! • 9. THE VERY HEIGHTS! “As first time qualifiers with Kleeneze it was amazing to experience first hand the attention to detail that many previous international conference qualifiers have told us about; everything from the refreshing welcome drinks on arrival at the Grand Hyatt through to the welcome banners, signs and announcements at various venues. The company did everything possible to make us feel at ease and appreciated,” Tony and Sue Peacham “It’s so hard to pinpoint one highlight for us as there were so many, but the private room overlooking the race course has definitely got to be one of the biggest - it was incredible! When you stepped out the room onto the balcony it made you feel like royalty, it was hard to imagine that we were worthy of being in such a place.” Dean Worrall, Sam Rushton, Paul Melville and Annette Bradley are satisfied to see that Richard and Shanade Sherratt Kleeneze’s arrival in Ngong Ping has been accordingly recognised! • 10. MAKING IT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER It was the final night in Hong Kong. However, no time to shed a tear (plus it would have made our mascara run) because it was the night of the Gala Dinner. And what an amazing Gala Dinner it was. After the group Gala Dinner photograph, qualifiers made their way to the reception to grab a welcome refreshment and sign our Hong Kong banner. Then it was into the exquisitely done-out grand ballroom for the night’s main event. The food was spectacular, the entertainment even more so. But, as ever, it was the company we loved the most. A perfect end to the perfect Destination! “Thank you Kleeneze for an experience of a lifetime in such an exciting and vibrant city,” said Ann Ashley and Roger Samuel. “Apart from the fantastic destination it was brilliant to be able to meet and build new friendships with other distributors on the trip.” We have to say in reply to Ann and Roger and every other Distributor on this trip – thank YOU. We may organise these Destinations, but it’s YOU and only YOU that make them the incredible experiences that they always are. And to future Destination qualifiers – we’ll see you in New York!
