KLEENEZE Ewb 39

  • 1. PEOPLE IN BUSINESS BULLETIN 26.09.08 Issue 39 TALK ABOUT A CHRISTMAS SPECIAL! Hikes in prices of everything from food to fuel in recent months would make you believe that the whole word is looking forward to a more ‘tight’ than ‘white’ Christmas. Not so! Your customers seem determined to make a splash this Christmas and a mere three weeks after the launch of our Christmas Catalogue, EWB has been innundated with your success stories (not that we’re complaining – please keep them coming in!!) Distributor of the Year, Craig White sent us some fantastic voice messages from the Vision Group: “I wanted to share this message from Shelagh Falconer with you, because to receive this order from the same customer in two days [£681] is just fantastic,” says Jean Day. “This is just the beginning of the fantastic launch of our Christmas and Cabouchon Catalogues. What a window of opportunity. It’s really kicking in now.” A “I am just so ecstatic, because the lady who gave me an order yesterday of £243 rang me today and asked me to call down because she wanted to make another order. I’ve just been down and I am absolutely shaking. I’d like to know if anyone placed another order of £438. This is just a couple of days after the launch of a catalogue. I’m just blown away!” Shelagh Falconer, Silver Distributor A “Our total retail that we picked up from 216 books this time was a total £1,180 of orders. What an amazing pick up. Of course, this A hasn’t just happened overnight. A lot of the work that we put in was years ago. We’ve been in the business six years and like everyone else we went out placed our catalogues and looked for our customers in the first six months a lot of the customers we found are still with us six years on. I do believe that through being persistent and consistent and being methodical with what we do. To anyone who’s going out there for the first time, I’d just like to say get out there, get your books out and be consistent and persistent and the results A will come to you too.” Pete Flitton, Bronze Executive Distributor When Mike and Susan Pirie had a friend round for coffee, they saw the Kleeneze Christmas Catalogue on the table and proceeded to order £80 worth of goodies! That’s not the end of the success for the Dream Team, though. The couple also let us know: A Ken Rooney and Karen Jorden have been using ‘spread the cost of Christmas’ inserts in their books and have had a customer place three orders for £47, £51 and £48 - that's a total of £146. Neil Mclean had a customer request a little longer with the Christmas Catalogue, and the next day ordered £46 of wrapping paper. Martin and Cathy Saunders had £989 of orders last week with £440 coming from the Christmas Catalogue. Their next drop was in a new area and for 128 books they received £277 worth of orders. Paddy and Mary Halpin went to an area where they had poor sales last month (€30) this time with the Christmas CONTINUED ON PAGE 4 catalogues they received €500! 560-071-08
  • 2. WHAT A DIFFEREN Twenty-four little hours ago, EWB received an email confirming that Jean and Mike Day had done it. They are officially Kleeneze’s newest Premiers. Six years ago, Mike and Jean both gave into the (relentless!) attempts by Jackie and Peter White to sponsor them into the business. Previously, they had both been earning very good salaries and simply weren’t interested. However, when Mike was made redundant for the second time at the age of 56 and soon after Jean found herself in the same boat, they decided it wasn’t an opportunity they could afford to ignore anymore. Their Kleeneze business was born. Now, they’ve hit Premier, so EWB caught up with the couple the night after their meeting, where they were officially recognised by Managing Director, Jamie Stewart. “We’ve had the goal to hit Premier since we joined the business - it was our six year goal” explains Jean. “We watched Jackie and Peter achieve it and knew that we could too. We haven’t come back to earth since it was announced! It really has been fabulous. And it was fantastic to have Jamie there last night at our meeting.” The Days have achieved this status in an incredibly short space of time, but are very frank when it comes to the methods they have used to get there. “Getting to Premier is really just about coaching others to achieve their goals,” says Jean matter-of-factly. “That’s all this business is about. There’s no secret to it. All you need is a solid Frontline and focus and ON A CORSA SUCCESS To achieve Premier, you need to “That’s when she answered the ad on the Internet,” continued have five active Bronze Executive Andy. “She didn’t tell me until the morning Jean and Mike were Distributors in your Downline. due to come and speak to us and I just said: ‘if it’s that Kleeneze The fifth of Jean and Day’s or Bettaware, they can get lost’! So we decided to catch up with this couple rang these bells. Also, when Jean and Mike had been sat on our who were integral in helping Jean and Mike achieve their goal. sofa telling us about Kleeneze and showing us that they were earning £7,000 a month, I had thought well if you can do that so Andy and Helen Walsh joined Kleeneze in 2006 and following can I. closely in the footsteps of their sponsors, the Days, they have rocketed up the Sales Plan to Bronze Executive Distributor. Forget fighting the crowds, driving around endlessly There’s always one family member that’s, let’s face it, difficult to buy for. for a parking space or having to unceremoniously dump the children Rather than traipse endlessly round the shops looking for that perfect gift, somewhere so you can get their gifts. You don’t even have to brush your catalogue shopping means you can flick through the books and get some hair or remove your favourite, seen-better-days, fluffy bunny slippers. Just great ideas for a present they’ll never forget. sit down with a nice cup of tea and shop to your heart’s content. ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 39 26.09.08
