- We can be selling full conference management services by our sales team. We can partner with a company that offers that. Pricing: TBD
- RSVP system: two options: we market the event, emailing potential attendees OR organizer invites attendees to the site and they RSVP to the event. RSVP system is not in place. $200-$400. Remaining options are available as part of the basic setup.
- Online registration provided by OnlineReg at $3.50 per attendee. Their feel for conferences is $4 per attendee. Can charge a setup fee at $3.50 or go ahead and charge the full $4.00.
- Online reg has this as an option at $0.10 per form filled out. A technology solution exists also. Let’s call it $0.10 per form either way.
- We do not have broadcasts at the moment. However, it is a simple feature and I would not charge anything.
- Some basic package available for basic setup. Up to 3 custom pages. Up to 10 documents.
- This is really part of conference materials. Privacy of video materials is strictly enforced.
- Nominal fee for customization: $100-$200
- This is the core of our basic service
- Scheduler to be integrated into the website. A full week of development is likely. $400 as a fee for this feature
- Still researching mobile solution. http://grupio.com as an out-of-the box app that just works at $1.50 per attendee. Unfortunately it is slow and really kind of embarassing. Now looking at EventGenie which looks awesome. Will simply pass per attendee cost through. .
