Basic setup
We can be selling full conference management services by our sales team. We can partner with a company that offers that. Pricing: TBD
RSVP system: two options: we market the event, emailing potential attendees OR organizer invites attendees to the site and they RSVP to the event. RSVP system is not in place. $200-$400. Remaining options are available as part of the basic setup.
Online registration provided by OnlineReg at $3.50 per attendee. Their feel for conferences is $4 per attendee. Can charge a setup fee at $3.50 or go ahead and charge the full $4.00.
Online reg has this as an option at $0.10 per form filled out. A technology solution exists also. Let’s call it $0.10 per form either way.
We do not have broadcasts at the moment. However, it is a simple feature and I would not charge anything.
