3. REQUIREMENTS
• Passport with more than nine months or more validity to
the requested visa, followed with four free sheets and
previous passports. In case of loss of previous passport
and not having visas in the new must process the
Administrative Department of Security, a Certificate of
Migratory Movements.
• Photocopy of the passport (cover, sheet biographical data,
pages 4 and 5, current and former American visa
Schengen visas).

5. • Form duly completed.
• Two photos 3.5x4.5 cm size, white background
(one of which must be attached to the
application for a visa to France and the other
with a clip to be scanned). The face size should
be between 2 cm. 2.5 cm.
• Photocopy of identity card or identity card if
minor.
• Photocopy of airline ticket booking or printer.
6. • Reserve hotel accommodation or certificate
(issued by the Municipality of France) Original
and photocopy (of the total travel vouchers) or
deed or rental deposit or any document proving
ownership or rental of housing.
• original employment letter indicating position,
salary, length of service and reason for travel.
• Photocopy of bank statements from your
checking account of the last six months or if you
have a savings account in the last two quarters,
(not online extracts are accepted).
7. • Photocopy of certification valid insurance
medical expenses for Europe, with minimum
coverage of 30,000 Euros or USD40.000.
Coverage must include accident, illness and
repatriation. (In our offices you can buy the
corresponding health care insurance).
