 Leaderof executionforall weekendservicesandeventsat theircampus.
 Supportcampusmusicpastor increatingweekendservice programmingatthe campus.
 Responsible forimplementingMusicPastor’screative visionforweekendservicesthrough
overseeingproductionelements (programming,staging,transitions,CPspots) andactingasa
liaisonwithmusicpastorand production teamtodeliverawell-plannedandexecutedweekend.
 Manages campusproductionteam.
o Team leadership,coachingandskill development.
 Responsible forall technical systemsatcampus: Audio,Video,Lightingin all auditoriumspaces.
(MainAuditorium,KidsAuditoriums,andOverflowRooms.)
 Manages campusproductionbudget.
 Ensure core standardsat campusfor weekendservices:programmingandproduction.
 Functionasprojectmanagerat campusfor new initiativesand/orupgrades.
What You’ll Do // A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A CAMPUS PRODUCTION MANAGER
 Provide directsupervisionandwork directionto campusproductionteamand oversee
programmingand execution of EBCweekendservices,studentministriesservices andspecial
events.
 Provide broadleadershipanddirectiontothe productionteam(staff &volunteer).
 Lead campusweeklydebriefwithproductionandmusicteam.
 Serve asthe communicationlinkbetweenthe creative,music,productionandministryteams.
 Attend multi-campusproductionmeetingsasrequired.
 Projectmanages productionupgrades,repairs,and new installationforall productionspaces.
 Provide programmingand technical consultationtoothercampusministryareas.
 Work closelyandin-stepwithmusicpastortoimplementasharedvisionforweekendservices
What We Expect //QUALIFICATIONS
 Minimum4+ yearsworkingin a music, live production,creative orchurch environment.
 Education: Associatesdegree ortechnical school degree orequivalentrequired,bachelor’s
preferred.

Work Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (StudentsonWednesdaynight,Thursdayeveningrehearsals and
