2. As families arrived, the evening began with
building racetracks for marbles and watching
a few video clips of children at play in Room 8.

3. Dinner!

5. During today’s
Read & Create,
the children
made banana
bread from
scratch for
families to eat at
dinner. They
made one
regular loaf and
one with
chocolate chips!

11. The children
prepared two
songs to share
with families.
First, they sang
(and danced to)
“Razzamatazzama”
– the class
chosen favorite.

12. Then, the children sang “The More We Get
Together” in English & American Sign Language.

13. Ms. Bryan shared some of her work
as a student teacher this semester.

14. Ms. Henry shared some of her student
teaching work from the semester.
