assessment.
 Microbiologist at Genetech lab Biotech park , Lucknow.
 Dissertation work on “Synthesis, characterization and toxicity assessment of nanoparticles”

WORK EXPERIENCE
 Project Title on “Synthesis, characterization and toxicity assessment of nanoparticles”
Technologies used UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, TEM, SEM.
Time Frame - 3 month
Role- As a team Leader on Synthesis, characterization and toxicity assessment of nanoparticles.
 Trained 100 students on the topic of antimicrobial susceptibility test by use of different antibiotics,
DNA isolation from different sources, Gene cloning, PCR, RAPD etc.
 Experience in Isolation and Identification (biochemical test) of E.Coli bacteria for the synthesis of
Silver nanoparticles.
 Experience in synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles from lactobacillus sps. and its effect on food bacteria
(Staphylococcus aureus).
 One year teaching experience in “National Children Academy ’’Junior High School, Bahraich.
SKILLS
 Lab Equipments- UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, laminar air chamber, Autoclave, Agarose gel
Electrophoresis, SDS page, Colerymetry, Centrifugation (main and density gradient), PCR Techniques
etc.
DNA and protein isolation from blood, plants and other sources by Manuals methods.
Synthesis of Nanoparticles from different sources, TEM & X- Ray diffraction.
 Efficiency in handling lab Equipments such as U.V Spectrophotometer, laminar air chamber,
Autoclave Agarose gel Electrophoresis, SDS page.
 Fluent in English& Hindi (spoken and written).
 Good communication and writing skills.
