The Rotary Club of Kirkcaldy held a meeting on December 5, 2009 where President Allan Bertram introduced the guest speaker Rachel Cheer from CHAS who spoke to the club. Rotarian Dallas Mechan then gave the vote of thanks. The meeting also considered three RYLA candidates: Duncan Robertson and Sarah Hardcastle from Kirkcaldy High School and Alistair O'Donnell from Balwearie High School.
