Social Media Manager Responsibilities • Setting long term strategy and goals for social media • Creating term brand positioning campaign on social media • Updating and cControl of content on local and national social media • Tracking and analysis of social media presence • Running and tracking online campaigns and pay-per-click campaigns • Education national entities about social media management Measure of Success • klout score • # of people talking about this on Facebook main fan page • Relative growth in likes on the main fan page • Conversion from links on social media to application forms

Web & IM Manager Responsibilities • Implementing long term Information management strategy • Web development of national platforms • Ensuring set goals and strategies for our web pages • Regular tracking and analysis of web pages • SEO of web pages – including goals, strategies and tracking • National Data analyzes and prognosing (with VP OD) • Updating and content control of local and national website (aiesec.cz) Measure of Success • Unique web visitors • Stable web page

Internal Auditor Responsibilities • Accounting standards check and advisory • Keeping integrity of accounting policies at LCs • Support and revision of the book keeping • Support and control of the fiscal documents and checking legality • LCs financial accounting records audit • LCs legal processes audit • Educating VPFs in terms of financial accounting, financial reports and taxes Measures of Success: • No. of LCs/LC visits with accounting and finance management systems checked • % of LCs keeping reporting standards • % of LCs keeping internal accounting policies and legal requirements

Internal Auditor Responsibilities • Checking true and fair view of financial reports • Checking of budgets • Projects and events post-audit • Setting up the system of reporting of financial position and performance of LCs (with MCVPF) • Checking the economy of LCs • Consulting the systems of finance management with LCVPFs Measures of Success: • Quality of reporting and reporting system • No. of profitable LCs (cumulative)

Fundraising Coordinator Responsibilities • Searching for grants (possibilities, requirements, DDLs) • Searching for possibilities at our LCs how to use a grant for sponsoring of our activities • Communication with grant providers to find out all the necessary information about grants • Cooperation with external support company on creation of funds • Cooperation with other MCs Measures of Success • Money applied for/raised from funds • Number of fundraising applications

Fundraising Coordinator Responsibilities • Filling and submitting of national applications for grants • Coordination of cooperation with grant and non-profit institutions • Coordination of cooperation with other LCs (national, international) in fundraising • Searching for possibilities of other fundraising activities (charitable actions, on-line fundraising…) • Education of members in a grant area • Creation of maintaining of knowledge base about grants Measures of Success • % of LCs applying for money from funds • No of VPFs cooperating on national applications
