Do think about everything you put into your mouth, even
the little candy mints you eat after a meal.
Do read every label. If it says “natural flavorings” that’s
code for something that is not good for your body.
Do cut back on simple carbs.
Do drink water and stay hydrated.
Don’t eat High Fructose Corn Syrup!
