Vision For The Business
• How far can you see into your business?
• Do you have a vision for the business?
• What is the image you see for the business?
• How do you see the vision?
• Where do you want to take the vision of the business?
The Path
• The path is the journey you are taking to fulfill your purpose for the
business. The path of structure to operate the company effectively.
The chain of command to put operational management in place.
The vision you implement for the employees to carryout.
• The insight to see when changes need to be made and execute them
with a clear direction; why the organization need to implement the
change. The path to learn from others who have accomplish success
in business. The path to know its okay to hiring people that know
what you don’t.
The Direction
• When you start this venture you have a vision where you want to
take the business. You realize that obstacles would come your way
but, the direction for the business is clearly written in your business
plan and you fall them making the necessary changes as the
organization grows.
• During those clear strategy direction it seem like you are off course
but, little do you know it putting you right in the path to become a
great success; where people will receive and give to your mission.
The Business
• You are operating a business with a mission and purpose in plan
that you believe people will buy or give to your cause. Starting a
business is hard, time consuming, determination, willing to make
sacrifices, obedient to do what is right and turn from evil.
• The most important is character when you are building a business.
You can easily let the press of a company turn you away from doing
what is right but, let me give you a key ingredient integrity. When
you are serving people how do you feel? When you see the smile on
their faces because your product or service solved a problem for
them; it brings a overwhelming satisfaction to your mind.
The People
• The people you are serving are important they help you raise capital,
improve your product or service and tell others about your company. One
thing successful business have accomplish is taking care of their clients,
consumers, employees well. They’re the ones that branding, marketing
your company to the world.
• Let me leave you with this “Food For Thoughts” if you every get stuff on
your path go back an evaluate the people working around you. You may
need to make some changes everybody that comes into your life have a
purpose it’s up to you to know what that purpose is and put them in the
right plan. Eliminate those you can’t take with you on the next business
journey news ones are waiting to come assist you in business. Keep your
eyes on your vision and stay true to what you believe and dream will
happen in the company.
