The Power Of Love
1. “The less you open your heart to others, the more your heart suffers.” It is possible to live twenty-four hours a day in a state of love. Every movement, every glance, every thought, and every word can be infused with love.”
2. “It is love alone that leads to right action. What brings order in the world is to love and let love do what it will.” Love is something to hold, so hold onto love, love is the greatest gift, sent from above.
3. Only when we give joyfully, without hesitation or thought of gain, can we truly know what love means. Make love your goal To give and not expect return, that is what lies at the heart of love.
4. “Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it.” Just remember, let true Love be your guide. Love of yourself, your fellow man, in fact the whole Universe. To Love is to live in God's pure Light.
5. "The moment you have in your heart this extraordinary thing called love and feel the depth, the delight, the ecstasy of it, you will discover that for you the world is transformed." Make love your goal "Just talking about love, defining love, proclaiming love, mystifying love, magnifying love, writing of love, romancing love, idealizing love, etc., does not hold a candle to one real act of love."
6. "Saying you love others is not enough. Love must be demonstrated by you and felt by those you serve." I define love thus: the will to extend oneself for the purpose of nurturing one's own or another's spiritual growth.
7. “Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things. Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.” "Plant a seed that will grow and light the way to full realization of love for unless this happens you are in danger of substituting the love you do understand with illusionary love you do not understand."
8. One word frees us from all the weight and pain of the world; that word is Love. Truly loving another means letting go of all expectations. It means full acceptance, even celebration of another’s personhood.
10. "True love always involves a desire to serve and to help or enhance, not just a desire to hold on because of a desire to possess." If we make our goal to live a life of compassion and unconditional love, then the world will indeed become a garden where all kinds of flowers can bloom and grow.
12. "An attachment of one person toward another is often called love, and this is the only version of love that many people understand. But it is not love; it is attachment, a desire to hold on to a thing or person." "People desire the Power to love, the Power to attract love and the Power to be loved. Even Love would only exist in theory if there was no Power to manifest its presence."
13. Love is a choice you make from moment to moment.
14. He who seeks love will find it only by giving it. Where you find no love, put love and you will find love. We can only learn to love by loving; give love rather than withhold it.
