and I.
9. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The product should have the following
characteristics : yellow green , deep yellow fresh
, sweet flavor , aroma , skin smooth and firm.
Must be whole , firm, fresh, healthy, clean and
free of black spots, bruises , presence of
insects, abnormal external moisture , odors.
They should not show signs of infestation or
infection.
