Come get in the spooky spirit in the Wicked Woods of the Great North! Join us for festive wagon rides, a haunted rental shop,
lawn games, bouncy houses, face painting, balloon twisting, music, food and more! Do you get tired of loading your children up
and driving around all night to go trick-or-treating? Try our take on this sugary tradition at our annual Trunk-or-Treat! Local
families will pile into the main lot at the Bretton Woods Base Lodge in their decorated vehicles and “pop their trunk” so that all
of the children can trick-or-treat from car to car in a safe and central location.
If you plan on hosting a trunk at this year’s Trunk-or-Treat, please keep in mind that trick-or-treating begins at 5:00pm and
that this is a “Rain or Shine” event. Arrivals should be scheduled between 3:30pm to 4:30pm. To pre-register, please call Ski

Trunk-or-Treat Arrival (for participating trunk-or-treat vehicles only)
If you plan on hosting a “trunk” at this year’s Trunk-or-Treat, please plan on arriving between 3:30pm and 4:30pm to ensure
that you are set up and ready for your spooky costumed guests at 5:00pm. Dress your vehicle for success for this event. Prizes
will be given out for “Best Theme”, “Most Spooky” and “Most Original” trunks! To pre-register or to get more information,

There’s something for everyone at this Wicked Woods event! Get a sugary fix by trick-or-treating at the Trunk-or-Treat. Take
a seat in our festive wagon for a delightful ride, carve your own pumpkin, or enjoy face painting and balloon twisting by
Simplicity the Clown. A DJ with festive music, delicious treats and more wait you at this Halloween party!
This is a “Rain or Shine” event. Don’t forget that dressing up is part of the Halloween fun and take a walk through our haunted
rental shop! Check out the information below for some tips on dressing for the occasion.

Trunk-or-Treat “Best of Show” & Pumpkin Lighting
Did you take lots of time decorating your trunk? Gather ‘round the Gazebo fire to hear which vehicle has the most Halloween
spirit. Prizes for “Best Theme”, “Most Spooky” and “Most Original”! Prizes that will be awarded this year include family packs
of ski vouchers. After, come join your fellow trunk-or-treat goers as they simultaneously light their pumpkins that they carved
during the Family Celebration in this festive show of Halloween spirit!

Whether you are coming from near or far, we want you to be a part of our Trunk-or-Treat Family Celebration!
Here are some quick tips to get you ready for this fun family event!
 Costumes
 The weather is very unpredictable in the Wicked Woods of the North. Make sure that you have extra layers if
things start getting a little frosty!
 If you are traveling, here are some local places to grab some spooky attire. Please keep in mind that

 Vehicles
 If you plan to host a vehicle for Trunk-or-Treat, please make sure that you schedule your arrival between
3:30pm and 4:30pm to ensure that you are ready for your trick-or-treaters at 5:00 pm!
 Decorating your vehicle is strongly encouraged, although it is not a mandatory requirement.
 Children
 Please keep in mind that this is a family event. Children should be accompanied by an adult for the duration
of the event.
